Class fee: $15 drop-in; $12 with 10- or 20-class card.
This class offers a full-body flexibility workout and a
full-body weights workout in the same session. We use small,
safe rubberized dumbbells and nine and twelve pound rubberized weight
sticks. We lift. We pose. Sometimes we lift while we pose. We finish
with fifteen minutes of blissful yogic relaxation.
Though we use small, easy weights and do safe, basic yoga poses,
Combo is for the physically active person who needs some weight and
flexibiity to round off their fitness program. Your heart rate will
go up, but the emphasis is not on cardio.
